The primary goal of occupational therapy is to enable individuals to participate in the activities of everyday life.
Occupational therapy works to improve the life skills or vocational path of the individual. It is a form of rehabilitation that helps people overcome or adapt to their functional deficiencies so they can live as independently as possible.
INDIVIDUALIZED INTERVENTION PLAN
The Individualized Intervention Plan (IIP) is a customized plan created specifically for your child to reach the expected goal.
IIP starts with the collection of information about the child’s living environment and how it affects his or her development. Our team of specialists will then conduct an evaluation to determine the goal set base on the child's ability.
Developmental evaluation is the very first step of getting to know our clients. The goal of these evaluations is to determine the client’s overall developmental milestones and difficulties so that we can provide the most effective treatment.
AUTISM ASSESSMENT & DIAGNOSIS
A medical diagnosis is made by a clinical psychologist based on an assessment of symptoms and diagnostic tests.
Dealing with children’s behaviour is one of the most challenging aspects of parenting.
Behaviour therapy is about improving your child’s behaviour so that they learn the appropriate way to behave, rather than just punishing them when they do something you don’t like.
A positive and constructive approach is often the best way to improve your child’s behaviour.
